Can't say enough about this florist! Excellent service (I ordered via phone from Wisconsin), Kathy is friendly and helpful, and the flowers were beautiful. I will definitely be using them again!!!

Excellent customer service! Even I called off hour, the lady on phone was really nice, delightful and trustable. We should have known this flower shop last year...(We used another "On-line flower shop" and resulted that they could not deliver Mother's day flower gift).

Cathy was wonderful just as everyone on-line has said in the reviews. She was very caring and wanted to make sure I had exactly what I wanted to order. I will use this shop on all future purchases in the area when neeeded.

The ladies at Somethin' Special are always helpful when I call and ready to meet my floral and gift needs personally. I grew up in Baltimore, but now live far away and it's wonderful to know there is small-town feel gift shop with big-city gift items and options. Beautiful work. I will call them again and again.

I send flowers all over the region. I prefer to speak with actual neighborhood florists instead of using a wire service. So many times a florist just wants to know what you want to spend, not really what you want to send. The woman I spoke with was WONDERFUL! She was very friendly and spoke with me about the items she had available. She offered several similar options instead of trying to talk me into something I didn't really want. I appriciate that. I would recommend thist florist, and will add them to my address book to use again!
